None. We only make money if we lower your bill. If we save you nothing, you pay nothing. The 35% only ever comes out of money we save you that you'd otherwise have paid the hospital.
Hospital bills often contain errors, duplicate charges, and inflated rates — and providers would frequently rather collect a smaller amount that actually gets paid than chase the full balance. We know what to ask for.
Never upfront. Only after a provider agrees in writing to a lower amount do we show you the exact math and charge 35% of the savings to your card on file. Then you pay the hospital the reduced amount directly.
Yes. Your bills and details are kept confidential and used only to work on your case. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never store your full card number.
